| I don’t know about that, there was more than a handful of auctions around here the last 3 years that were just fishing. After the final bid was in the ask for another couple thousand. If you ask me quit wasting everyone’s time and just list it for the price they had in mind. The bid was as high as anyone was willing to pay so I don’t know why they thought asking for another couple thousand on top of it would work. It was enough of them that if it wasn’t an absolute auction you could about count on it being a no sale. | |
