Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Upside down? Yes, yes it does. I’ve thought about that for years. We take all the risk and do the work when a lot of management people in Ag make a lot more. It don’t seem fair. But, it’s not all green on the other side of the fence. I don’t have to ask for a day off. I have the freedom to come and go as I please. I’ll have a job when I show up tomorrow. I don’t have to worry about things like that. If I do things right I can kind of control my own destiny instead of being at the whims of someone else.
