Zabcikville, TX
#1. Who rents a pasture without a reliable source of water?
#2. Who would rent a pasture to someone without a reliable source of water?

iMHO. If it doesn't have water, it shouldn't be rented for cattle production. And if the renter pays for part of the new well, he has only increased your property value AFTER his cattle have suffered. Why would he do that? My cattle would have been gone the day they ran out of water. The fact the the landowner is renting property unsuitable for raising animals is sad. And then to try to get the property improved on another persons dime ain't right.
