Yep, I'm just saying you and your landlord are $100 apart. I would risk it.
Again,, I'm not sure why the focus on the one landlord that is willing to work with me rather than the other 7 that won't even discuss it. For what it's worth, I have reached a deal with the landlord in question. He did reduce the price pretty close to what I asked for.
