You're smart, I've just about come to the point that topography/ease of operations matter as much as soil type productivity.  If my planter or sprayer cover 100 acres on Farm A in the same time it takes them to fold 3 times and cover 35 acres of patches on Farm B, that's a pretty big deal.  Even worse if you get stuck in a creek crossing or some other crap in the process.
