I like the all rubber type hose that has the internal wire for strength.

Here is a close up picture of the hose. I used it for my tender tank and also for making the rock dam on the combine platform. Its sort of bulky but it does have an abrasion resistant type outer jacket.

Most of the Co-op tanks also use this harder rubber style hose. It seems much more durable and less prone to breakdown in the sun than the fertilizer type you have in your second link.

I've never had good luck with the type shown in your second link either it seems it always breaks between the reinforcing ribs or ruptures more easily. Maybe that is just "here" though.
