Did you negotiate with the seed dealer, fuel vendor, fertalizer dealer and chemical
supplier before you knocked on the landlords door ?
If not..... Why?
Didn’t you? That would be a normal business practice for most business owners.
The relationship might be different in that one shops for best price from multiple retailers/wholesalers rather than openly negotiate, but it is what any good business person would do?
