For a 8 acre field? No chance. If it doesnt pencil walk away. I have given up a lot of land that didnt pencil anymore, I never lost anything I owned and the next tenants never stayed more than two years. Thing that sucks is if you let one go you will probably never get the chance again. Is what it is.
