Walk away do it doesn’t work for you. I farm 11 acre field that the only way in and out is through a farm I have. New owner buys it and wants more money. I agreed upon it and ran 3 crops corn wheat and beans. I think I netted like 200$ off of all 3 TOTAL. It’s a wet hole. I talked to the land owner who said his brother in law would drive 6 miles to farm it. I told him good luck. It grew weeds for 3 years and he spent all summer mowing it with a 5 foot bush hog. I called him up and asked if he was done wasting time and gas. We agreed on a price and i farm it again. Either I make money or can find other things to waste my time on.
