I have given up larger acreages than that that I paid no rent on. If I can't make money on no rent , I am definitely not going to farm it. There are always ways to make money, but I am not willing to go down those roads.
It blows my mind that it cost $2000 in rent for 8 acres. The older I get the less I care about trying to Farm every acre.
Are landlords willing to renegotiate prices?
