Why should they lower rent. From what I am hearing rents for 2019 look mostly steady. 180 bu corn - 55 bu beans- 250 rent looks workable to me with proper management..

Workable to who's standards?
Note-I said MAXIMUM those numbers are NOT consistent
I suppose if you cut out fertilizer and herbicide there is some money to be made.
also note that 1 out of 8 landlords are willing to talk about it.
