I have 1.5 acres, 5 acres and 14 acres that rent which access is landlocked by tillable ground own. Pay more than 250 rent on all three pieces. Be about impossible for anybody else to farm them. Could screw them over on the rent as they don't really have any other good options, but don't want anybody thinking they are getting short changed.
