If you're arguing over $100, I don't see how you'll ever be satisfied.
Perhaps I nees to make it clear that I was referring to the landlords that are not even willing to talk about it.
I was just making an example of the ONE landlord that did work with me. I guess I shouldn't have mentioned that. Not all of the land I rent is at that rate.
