Wow, what's normal?
If you're paying $250/a, I'm guessing there's a line of guys willing to step up to the plate at that rate to take your place. Regardless, don't see how that's profitable today and not sure I'd want to tread water financially long enough to see it come around again! Guess that's Iowa, though.
