In my opinion unless health care costs come down we are all hosed. It cuts into your bottom line. It does the same thing to a landlord. It's not cheap to grow old in America and for all we know their cash flow doesn't work with prescription costs and medical care skyrocketing and getting less for rent.
Their excuses could be real problems. Taxes won't go down and medical costs have only gone up.
Are landlords willing to renegotiate prices?
