The 8RT tractors have a walking beam suspension and air ride. The 00-10-20-30 T series tractor do not and ride like a dozer stuck in high gear. Just a fair warning.
Maintenance and reliablity are all related to track alignment, roading, and checking them continuously. They can run a set of tracks 2000 hours, or 4000 hours, all based on how you take care of it.
