The reels like this that you can hang around your neck I like the best. The premier one in the link doesn't have hooks to to hang it on a permanent fence, but you can weld them on. Dare makes some that have hooks on them. With these reels you can unroll what you need and lock the reel and hang it on a permanent fence or on a steel post with the premier one and the hook they have and use the reel for your end insulator. With a golf bag to carry posts you can put in fence or take out in one trip with these reels. | |
