WCIN | I adapted my wire unwinder with a boat winch and run it with a cordless drill. It works really slick, the boat winch gives 4:1 mechanical advantage and makes a nice bundle of wire on the reel. I welded the shaft of the "spinning jenny" to the large gear and a drill chuck to the small gear and mounted it on 2 inch tubing so it all slides into a reese hitch reciver on a pickup or a ranger. one hand on the drill, one hand guiding wire. I ll see if I can come up with some pics to make it more clear.
