I'll repeat what was said about I35 by Faribault. VERY slow, even on Sunday afternoons.
I would suggest staying off of I35 until Northfield. I35 has been closed downtown Mpls. MN511 app is helpful, along with Google Maps. Google Maps 'generally' routes you around the construction.
