Not sure in Minneapolis but I-35 has 2 projects that get you down to 1 lane . just south of Owatanna for about 4 miles and then just north of Faribault for about 10 miles . both can be a bottle neck at the wrong time of the day . have not been on 35E for a while so cant tell you if there are any construction project there .
