For the last 2 weeks, I don't think I have missed a day of looking at John Deere's above 175 hp and Fendt above 175 hp. There had been around 8340 JD and 390 Fendt listings everyday with minor fluctuations as expected. Today, JD was down to 7300 and Fendt was 119. Any thoughts as to the sudden drop of ads? Fastline wouldn't load last night, but does today with the normal number of listings. I suspect - (marketing for all consumer goods, this time of year), most all sales of all categories suffer this time of year. Across the Nation, people are on vacations, wrapping up summer activities and getting kids ready for school. All those "things" affect advertising, because, people just are too busy doing other stuff . . . . .. . There is a drop in advertising and sales this time of year in all goods. |
