So there is a stream on one side and they are sloping the road to the other side where it affects you? What is the reason they are not dumping it into the stream?
No, the stream is on my side of the road, but the stream runs at a slight angle to the road, so it gets closer to the road the farther away from my property you go. There is 400-500 ft (just guessing it may be more) from the back side of my storage building to the stream bank.
