Ah, the old "I live out of the area and my kids don't go to the school, etc. so I shouldn't have to pay any of the taxes for it." excuse.
Nothings stopping you from selling your property and buying something closer to home.
With all the out of town landowners we have, eventually we'd lose everything in our small towns.
sure don't know how you read that into the post. Kind of like bond issues in a college town. Getting students to vote for the bond or levy. They move out after graduation and the locals get to pay the tax for 20 years |
