southern MN | So the concern is not water coming from the other side of the roadbed off of 5-80 acres; but the amount of water coming off of half of the road surface because of changing the crown. Nothing to do with extra water coming off land from around you, just 1/2 the road surface. So we are talking a fairly small change here.
It sounds like your shed was poorly located, and in the natural flow of water? If such a small change makes a difference.
That might become their point of view, is all I'm saying.
Is their anywhere downhill from your shed you can relocate the water to?
Instead of fighting the road change, maybe getting a drain tile included in the project would help you out, and be easier to work out with them, benifs both of you?
