Gooday. ......here in the land of aus.victoria the state gruberment
has pegged the land tax at 2.25%
So in a shifty move our local mob dropped the town rates by .9%
and put up the ag side of the job 11.8% but are still under the cap. Pretty dam shifty......and grubby
