health insurance cost is all but killing off selfemployment, with 20k a year premium and deductibles on top not uncommon.
This is at a time when unlimited free care is given to those who sneak into the country illegally. Very sore subject to those who pay these bills, but can't afford child birth bills of their own.
The only hope for many is to survive to reach medicare. You do know that you have to reach age 65 to quantify?
