Subject: RE: Pic of mclean county corn

Illinois
Here in EC Illinois the corn fields that I have been into do not look like a bumper crop. I keep saying to the neighbors that what I see is just an Average crop. Nitrogen leaching was a problem. too much rain at times, the low spots in the fields are taking a yield hit, etc. We should all go scout our fields and see what we find and share it with our fellow NAT friends. The categories can be; Best crop ever, Average crop. less than average . poor. We can get a feeling how accurate the USDA report really is.
