Subject: RE: What do you listen to while your doing field work?

Dodge Co, Wi
I usually keep the volume mid range ish when doing field work, lower when operating the combine or viner. running viner in peas in limas, you need to feel and hear how the engine is working and for bearings and how the drum/beaters are working, i trust the sounds/feelings much more than the idiot lights...
however i usually do have the radio tuned into something. night shift in peas/limas i'd listen to george noory, and classical music stations, that is until i was feeling zonked then i would try and find some 'energy music' station like z103.5 out of toronto or the old 106.9 or 103.1 out of london. general field work/tillage i usually rock the country station or new rock station. once drove an s1900 on site building a golf course in london, and the dern thing only had am radio, i got sick of am980 and 1410cksl real quick and succumbed to just listening to my thoughts kind of peaceful like.
