I had colon cancer in 2000,even after a colonoscopy had found no tumor. Thankfully I had a wise doc who said he did not believe the colonoscopy, and performed a sigmoidoscopy.Now that is a very unpleasant procedure. After surgery, and chemotherapy, I am fine now,but it proves no test is 100 % accurate. I had a colonoscopy again last fall, nothing found.
