Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana | Just had one in January. Dr. started hounding me when I turned fifty...realized that ship sailed when I had my fifty eighth birthday , so I gave in and went.
I took it easy the day of the procedure when I got home...actually felt fine, ate like a horse, could have went to work but didn't.
The day before is a different story. The "Cleansing Day" is a lost day.
If your job is cleaning Port-a-Pots...you might be able to go to work the day before (LoL).
The day after I couldn't tell I'd done anything different the day before.
