West Tennessee | MOST of the ones that I have dealt with on the credit are in their 20's and 30's. Many of them are not "first" time home buyers but do meet the credit requirements of not owning one in the last 3 years. There are a multitude of reasons for that. Your point about them doing the taxes online is a good one. I would have assumed that the online software would have addressed that issue in some way but it's entirely possible that it doesn't. I know my software does not say anything about it but it's not designed for the self preparer. | |
