I started the program 3 times. The third time was a charm--I finished.

Very good program. I saw results very quickly. I hurt the first month of it. Then it got easier. I also slept really well while participating in it.

The time commitment is real. Really real. Plan on an hour a day. I did the program (90 day) in 106 days. I never quit it, but that hour can be tough when you are on the road. I should get on the stick and do it again. You have to really commit, there were 5 of us going in and 2 of us finished.

I weighed 201 going in. Midway through I had lost 16 lbs. Then I regained it in muscle. Came out at approximately the same weight I went in. It is not a miracle. It is work. But that was the best shape I had been in since High School. Maybe best ever.

I would recommend the program to anyone. Going at it alone would be tough.
