NW TN, Dyersburg | Fawazhay, I've always felt the same about a "tenured" teacher, it protects the slackers & they know once that magical time frame is reached, no matter how bad they perform, the school is helpless to remove them. This continues for years while many students suffer. Thankfully, I've only seen it a few times but only one time is so wrong, most teachers are very dedicated to their job. No matter the profession, there are good ones & a few bad ones. | |
