Subject: RE: Do Union Dues make economic sense?

Northern IL
Don’t have any problem paying dues per month. I have seen my peers who have retired and are set up well. Our dues played a big part into a training site where young and old can go and receive the technical training and hands on experience. Better believe I have seen the slugs who take advantage of the system. We seem to have them in not just the trades. Unions are not for everyone for sure. Some states don’t have the strength too. It’s a way some of us make a living and hopefully retire just like everyone else. It is almost like explaining the subsidies topic to a person with zero agriculture ties.
