I have never "worked" under a union, I have, however worked WITH union businesses, the majority of which were bad experiences.
In the feed , fertilizer business, trying to work with the railroad was a joke.
in the trucking business delivering to a union business, they were ALWAYS the worst, - lazy, "that's not my job", whistle blows - everything stops no matter what, I refused to deliver to known union shops.
Do Union Dues make economic sense?
