There is also a way that supervisors have in dealing with lazy vs hardworking employees. I am asked to do the overtime and given "incentives". I usually don't have too much problem taking vacation when asked, or them working with me on a difficult schedule. If you can show your competent, work hard, do a good job, are willing to do a little extra then you are rewarded, it just may not be on paper or with a title lol. | |
