 Biggest two reasons I can see to vote for right to work:

1.  Unions tend to heavily favor the Democratic party, so your dues go to support Democratic party even if you personally support a Republican or Independent candidate.

2.  Prevailing wage.  At least, in Illinois, if you want to do business with the state or some counties, you have to pay "prevailing wage" which is the "union" wage and much higher in a lot of cases than the local wage or what some company is willing to do the job.  This is one reason the formerly Great State of Illinois is broke and hundreds of taxpayers are leaving the state.
