I graduated from HS in 1973, joined a union in 1974 for two years until I started farming in 1976. From the two years experience I had back then I was NOT impressed with their work ethics rules back then. I don’t want to truely say my feelings because I don’t want to offend any union workers on here, I’ll just leave it at that. Maybe their work ethics have changed since 1976.
