Southern MN and Central IA | One of my roommates had it and we found it to be very worthwhile. My thought was that it didn't BS around making you think that you could get lean and cut with 5 minutes a day. Its a good hour workout but at a good intensity so it provides a really good workout with a limited amount of equipment needed. The one he had had the elastic bands, videos, and the diet recordbook. There was the option to buy the pull up bar but we just went to Walmart and bought a cheap one a lot less than what they wanted. |
