Subject: pigs on dirt

Every year we get 8-12 feeder pigs to fatten behind the barn in the old pig corral. For the last 4-5 years we lose 3-4 pigs a year, they start to scour(not bloody) quit gaining and eventually die.I don't really have another place to raise them so that is out. Also they get 16% feed ground corn and soybean meal.I don't like to use antibiotics but I may have to.There is coccidiosis treatment in the feed.I would like some ideas how to correct this problem.Should I use a different feed? Some of you must raise pigs on dirt and so how to you keep this from happening?
