SW Saskatchewan | If we had them and used them, it would be a lot easier for people to get along. As there get to be more and more of us and we all generate more junk, our garbage is what causes a lot of friction.
We can behave better, or we can try to generate less waste( I always like to get away without having to buy a new one). The response I shrink from is the frustrated -" there aught to be a law". I like the carrot a lot better and if we had a meaningful bottle deposit, like maybe a buck, kids could benefit from others stupidity- a good life lesson. | |
