The wife and her bro, and dad did that for about a month but the time restraints was a killer, three kids 2 jobs. Then they came out with the 10 minute trainer. Kind of the micro to the P90X. She really likes the results. and at 10 minutes a day. Hooray! She still likes the longer workout when she has time
