north central Oklahoma | I'll agree with most of what you say, except that most young folks (basically who this willl affect more than anyone else, since most everyone over the age of 30 are likely already past thier first or second home by now) don't have CPA's or tax preparers at this stage in their life yet. Most do their own taxes since it usually a 1040EZ form or TurboTax deal. Most of them depend only on what the realtor is telling them, and they tell them just enough to make the sale. A 0% loan is still a heck of a deal, but still a loan, not a credit. | |
