Foiund this on another site and wanted to spread it around. Good graphs, I'll post them and link too.
Would also like WyDave's two cents or anyone else that keeps up financially more so than I. Kids are considering home by this fall or winter. Would like to steer them inright direction.
Anyone, and I mean anyone, thinking of buying a home today (April 2009) needs to take a look at these graphs, courtesy of Robert Shiller (of Case/Shiller Index fame) and understand that the best time to buy a home isn't today. Or tomorrow. Or next month.
2010 is when its gonna happen. Maybe even 2011. If at all.
