Dave is like all people.  He has some good points and some bad points.  He likes to sell himself and make a profit off of people who need help. 

Now Larry Burkett was a better financial Christian counselor.  He had a heart for the people.   

Dave is constantly selling.  He is selling that NOW is the time, what ever day of the year, what ever the financial situation of the world, NOW is the time to buy a house or invest in the stock market.  Sheeeeh, give me a break.  He is trying to much to keep his money rolling in from his financial advisors, RE ,ect.  He said he only took a 40% hit in this last market decline and his mutual fund makes him something like 14% annually.  ???

I am sure Dave has helped a lot of people get out of debt and manage their money, but just take him with a grain of salt.
