central Indiana | think about it like lash's outfit [which rosentregor is on the board] is the parent organization [main mafia family] they protect your territory from competition for a payment [protection] then other smaller llc's [Illff] can grow exponentially with less competition and pay more vic to lash [godfather]...soon they run the best ground in the midwest...but I think Lincoln always said such large agricultural entities are doomed to failure...we will see.
