| A number of good points have been made here already.
My suggestion would be to hold daily or weekly meetings (whatever is necessary to run the business smoothly) and have ALL parties included - you, bro', W2.0, your W1.0, etc and come to conclusions together the first time with everyone's input included. Make it a policy that whatever is decided at these meetings on any given deal is written in stone and not open for further revision tomorrow.
This may be a simple case of lack of communication between the parties or there may be more sinister things involved which have been brought up already in this thread.
