Nevada, Iowa | We're quite a distance from affected areas but I can see that there was little warning. Definitely not the kind of afternoon where you'd expect that kind of weather. The sun did pop out and heat things up a bit but otherwise a cool day with strong breezes. Seems like when we see tornados break out, it's still, hot and miseably humid. We finished cleaning a bin about an hour before and barely broke a sweat. Strange weather for a cyclone outbreak. I guess that's why we never ceases being humbled by nature. | |
