Yall should both look into better insulation. You should be able to cool 1600 sq ft under $100. Probably not reasonable to get an older house that good but the houses I’ve had from the 90s, 80s, and 60s were all about that size and about $150 at worst.
New shack is about 75c per day.
Right, if those houses were up here it would be like trying to heat a box car.
