Split the assets in half and run your own operation.  Your blood pressure will drop so fast you won't know what happened and life will be good again.  She sounds like a doozy so will probably be taking a 1/4 of the operation with her soon anyway, you might as well get your half before the split, then you and bro can team back up when she is gone.
